Students from the Department of Sports Management and Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Istanbul Gelişim University, have added yet another achievement to their record in the field of scientific research.

The project, titled “An Investigation of the Relationship Between University Students’ Attitudes Toward the Use of Sports Technologies and Their Intentions to Engage in Digital Entrepreneurship,” was awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 2209/A University Student Research Projects Support Program.

 

Instructor Tekmil Sezen Soyal served as the project advisor, while student researchers Eda Nur Kurtuluş and Eylül Zararsız contributed to the project through their scientific work.

 

Aiming to examine the effects of the current transformation in the fields of sports technologies and digital entrepreneurship on university students, this study makes a significant contribution to digitalization and technology-focused academic research in the field of sports sciences.

 

Our faculty, which stands out for its approach that encourages scientific output and supports student research, continues to support its students in terms of academic development and project culture.
