Two significant training sessions were organized for the academic staff of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at Istanbul Gelisim University.

The first event took place in Classroom 420, where Dr. Oktay Aydın, a faculty member from Marmara University, delivered a conference titled "Effective Communication Methods." The conference, lasting approximately two hours, concluded with a plaque presentation by Prof. Dr. Kubilay Çimen, Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Erkut Konter. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Dr. Aydın for his valuable participation.

The second session, held on the same day, featured Prof. Dr. Mehmet İnan, also from Marmara University, who presented a conference on "Professional Ethics and Vision" in Classroom 420. After the presentation, faculty members had the opportunity to ask questions related to the topic. The event concluded with a plaque presentation by Prof. Dr. Kubilay Çimen and Prof. Dr. Fehmi Tuncel. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Prof. Dr. İnan for his valuable insights and participation.
