The excitement of the new academic year has begun at Istanbul Gelişim University!
Today, the orientation programme organised for first-year students of our Faculty of Sports Sciences took place with high attendance and great enthusiasm. 🏆
In his opening address, the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Dr Ali KIZILET, delivered inspiring messages to the students and shared important information about the new academic year. 🎓
Later in the programme, our Associate Deans, Prof. Dr Yusuf CAN and Assoc. Prof. Dr Mustafa Can KOÇ, delivered presentations introducing the Faculty and guiding the students through the orientation process.
The event continued with presentations by the heads of department;
the Head of the Coaching Education Department, Assoc. Prof. Dr Mehmet SOYAL,
the Head of the Exercise and Sports Sciences Department, Dr Okan KILIÇKAYA,
the Head of the Exercise and Sports Sciences for People with Disabilities Department, Dr Mehmet AYDOĞAN,
the Head of the Recreation Department, Dr Mahmut ULUKAN, and
Dr İrfan KARA, Head of the Department of Sports Management, delivered informative presentations on their respective departments.
