A research paper titled “Validity and reliability of catapult vector S7 GNSS units in distance measurement,” co-authored by Dr. Deniz Şentürk, Assistant Professor in the Department of Coaching Education at the Faculty of Sports Sciences, Istanbul Gelişim University, has been published in BMC Sports Science, Medicine and Rehabilitation (SCI – Q1), one of the most prestigious journals in sports science. The study makes a significant contribution to the literature by demonstrating the validity and reliability of GNSS-based performance tracking systems in distance measurement.
