Duties of the Unit Quality Representative
1. Ensuring Compliance with the Quality Management System
To ensure the correct implementation of quality standards within the unit.
To check that processes are compatible with quality targets.
2. Training and Information
Organising trainings for employees about quality standards and procedures.
To carry out awareness raising activities to increase quality awareness.
3. Participation in Audits
To support internal and external quality audits and to ensure that audit results are implemented within the unit.
To provide the necessary documentation and information during the audit.
4. Documentation Management
Keeping procedures, instructions, workflows and other quality-related documents up-to-date.
Keeping quality records in an accurate and organised manner.
5. Process Improvement
Identify quality problems and develop solutions.
To participate in continuous improvement activities.
6. Monitoring Quality Targets
To monitor whether quality targets are achieved on a unit basis.
Analysing and reporting performance indicators.
